Written testimony for ADA House of Delegates reference committees due Oct. 5
Livestream broadcast option available to view House meeting
Members and nonmembers of the American Dental Association have until 5 p.m. CDT Oct. 5 to submit written testimony for the 2026 House of Delegates reference committee hearings taking place this October in Indianapolis.
Visit the ADA website to view instructions on how to submit written testimony via email and download the written testimony template. ADA members can access the reports and resolutions to the House of Delegates on the ADA website. Each reference committee has its own PDF.
The reference committee hearings are scheduled to take place Oct. 11 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. All ADA members are welcome to attend the hearings and participate in the deliberations, and nonmembers may participate in the deliberations with the consent of a majority of the reference committee.
An ADA 2026 Scientific Session or House of Delegates meeting badge will be required to attend the hearings. Those who have not registered for either the Scientific Session or the House will be directed to the registration desk to obtain a badge.
The House will convene Oct. 10-13 at the JW Marriott, and delegates must be present to participate and vote. Nonmembers of the House may attend the meeting in person as guests or view the proceedings through a livestream broadcast option. The deadline to register on the ADA website to view the livestream is 5 p.m. CDT Oct. 12.
